  • First of all, tell us a little about your background and how you started blogging / bookstagramming?

Well, I have done BMM, where we have assignments like writing poems, a short story, that’s where the journey started. I wrote my very first poem which was loved by my friends after which I started writing. I made my blog where I wrote poems, some life lessons. I was travelling and I uploaded a picture of my book. That’s where I came across some  Bookstagram accounts and thus, my journey started.

  • Where do you get your inspiration from? And how you overcome the days of non-inspiration where you cannot get anything done?

Inspiration!! I get it from words! I love reading quotes, poems. I have a wall full of my favourite lines and quotes. It’s like a power booster, whenever I feel low, just a look at my wall charge me up. If there are days of non-inspiration, nature is the best teacher. I love observing nature. It inspires me to adopt change.

  • What are your views on the Instagram community? How supportive are they? How has been the response so far?

Bookstagram community is love. When I started, I had no idea about theme, engagement, contacting publishers and all, it was my Bookstagram friends who guided me each and every time. There are so many wonderful people whom I now call friends. They are too supportive and encouraging.

  • What tools do you use for your blog and bookstagramming?

I have my blog on Blogspot, I customize and develop it using codings. I Don’t use a specific tool. I edit my images on Instagram itself. But one can use a tool like picsart, photoshop for editing.

  • Which are your favorite Genres? Also, which book(s) are you currently reading? And which are the books you would recommend everyone to read?

My favourite genres are Romance, fiction, Mystery, and thriller. I am currently reading Soul Mates by Deepak Chopra. Books that I would recommend will be Written in the stars by Keshav Aneel, An Unsuitable Boy by Karan Johar and if you like love story Take a chance on me by Sapna Bhog.

  • Apart from the blogging / bookstagramming, what else you do? How do you manage your time and energy juggling between all of them?
Apart from bookstagramming, I give training for marketing, manage my clients, and various other works. Well, I need to give my 100% to everything and I have to plan my day accordingly. I schedule everything and try to work, I manage to complete my task list every day and then reading is just like a stress buster for me after a hectic day.
  • What is the best advice you have received and how that has improved you?

Umm. It’s Never Surrender your dreams, follow your passion. This is what one person told me and that statement became my life. It’s passion that rules us all. I got many opportunities but, I left it all for my passion, and Today I am here, following my dreams, my passion.

This advice improved me a lot in person. I tried to find a new path, a new way where I can go ahead. I have heard a lot of things from people but never gave up on my passion.

  • What is your advice to newbie bloggers who have just started? What would you suggest them to do?

Have Patience. Yes. I myself being impatient person know what it is to have patience. When I started I wanted things to go fast, grow fast but I ended up making a fuss. Later I started slowly and the results were good. So have patience, Things will take time to happen, but Do not give up, ever.

Also, Interact. Try to interact with as many people as you can, you will get a new perspective on life, from everyone you meet. It will help you Grow.
